New national aged care contact centre industry briefing

An industry briefing on a proposed national aged care contact centre was held by Healthdirect Australia on Thursday 20 December in Sydney.

A copy of the presentation given at the briefing is available in the reports section of the internet site.

The initiative is part of the Commonwealth Government’s ‘Living Longer, Living Better’ aged care reform package.
