“Portal” means this LearnUpon online portal/platform which hosts the E-learning Tool.
“Technology” means software, services, or other technology of this Portal, including the the infrastructure, hardware, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate and provide the Portal.

4.2 You acknowledge that your use and reliance of the E-Learning Tool, in any capacity; is completely at your own risk. Healthdirect excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability, loss or damages in connection to the use of the E-learning Tool.
5.1 You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of any of the Technology or Content accessed from this Portal.
