Healthdirect Australia has recently released its 2021 – 2022 Annual Report. The report includes highlights of how our virtual services helped millions of Australians actively manage and improve their health in FY22, providing trusted advice and information.
In this edition, we report on how Healthdirect Australia’s work with the Living with COVID pathway has helped consumers and the health system by connecting people with the right care at the right time. We also showcase how our team worked to set up a helpline quickly to assist the people of a small town in Victoria to maintain critical access to health services.
In our Information Partner innovation section, we have included four interesting articles from The Australian Child and Adolescent Trauma, Loss and Grief Network (ACATLGN), Rare Cancer Australia, Haemophilia Foundation Australia and the RACGP.
