Primary Health Networks (PHNs) and Healthdirect Australia are both funded by the Australian Government and share complimentary objectives. We partner with PHNs to reduce duplication of telehealth services and minimise PHN infrastructure costs. This partnership helps local communities access consistently safe and trusted health advice and ensures people get the right care at the right time.

Healthdirect Australia manages a range of services and national digital health infrastructure, outlined in the Australian Government's PHN Grant Program Guidelines which directly support the work and key objectives of PHNs.
