Our Clinical Governance team is integral to the development of all content provided online and over the phone. The clinical scope encompasses research and evaluation, complaints and incidents, and service improvement and development committees.
We are experienced in creating new services, add-ons to existing services and new channels for our services. This process is done in consultation with our shareholders, industry collaboration and user-testing with an overarching focus on delivering better health outcomes.
