Kidney Health Australia has launched Kidney Health 4 Life — a revolutionary new health and wellbeing program equipping those affected by kidney disease with the knowledge and resources to take more active management of their health.
Kidney Health Australia Chief Executive Officer, Chris Forbes, said the program is a significant step forward in understanding and managing kidney health and also fosters increased collaboration and support within the kidney community.

The Kidney Health 4 Life health and wellbeing program provides resources for people to actively manage their kidney health.
“Kidney Health 4 Life has been developed in response to people’s need for trusted information and resources that will help them take control of their kidney health while also bringing more of the kidney community together to share experiences and support,” Chris Forbes, CEO, Kidney Health Australia.
Kidney Health 4 Life was developed with kidney experts and people living with kidney disease in response to consumer research that highlighted gaps in knowledge and support, as well as isolation and depression experienced by people, particularly in the later stages of the disease.
By joining Kidney Health 4 Life, users get instant access to:
Kidney Health 4 Life provides simple courses to learn about each stage of their kidney health journey — from managing kidney risk to understanding the later stages of kidney disease.
From recipes and exercise guides to tailored support, the program gives people everything they need to fight back against kidney disease and improve their quality of life.
Kidney Health 4 Life covers the broad spectrum of people needing support to manage their kidney risk or kidney disease, those caring for someone with kidney disease, and anyone considering kidney donation.
Once registered, users receive a personalised pathway to follow that is relevant to their kidney health profile.
If a user changes treatment or disease stage and updates their profile, they receive a new learning pathway to support them through the transition.
They can also access other courses and resources available on the Kidney Health 4 Life Hub.
